By using Final01, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Service Description

Final01 provides AI-assisted architectural render review and creative feedback services.

Reviews are intended to support artistic, technical, and presentation improvements but do not guarantee commercial outcomes.

Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts. You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws.

Credits & Payments

Final01 operates on a prepaid credit system.

• One review equals one credit.
• Credits are purchased in packs.
• Credits are non-transferable.
• Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe.

Refunds

Because reviews are generated immediately upon use, completed review credits are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests for unused credits may be considered at Final01’s discretion.

Uploaded Content

Users retain ownership of their uploaded renders and associated project content.

Users must ensure they have the right to upload all content submitted to Final01.

Final01 does not claim ownership of uploaded renders.

Promotional Usage

Final01 will only use uploaded renders publicly if the user has explicitly granted permission.

Service Availability

Final01 may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

Limitation of Liability

Final01 is provided on an “as is” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Final01 is not liable for loss of profits, project delays, business interruption, or indirect or consequential damages.
