Final01 provides AI-assisted architectural render reviews and creative feedback tools for architectural visualization professionals, studios, and related users.

We respect the privacy and confidentiality of your uploaded renders, projects, and review data.

Information We Collect

We may collect:

  • Account information, including email address.
  • Uploaded images and renders.
  • Review results and scoring data.
  • Usage information related to platform functionality.
  • Payment information processed securely through Stripe.

Final01 does not directly store or process credit card details.

Render Privacy & Confidentiality

Uploaded renders and review data are treated as private by default.

Your renders, revisions, and reviews are:

  • Stored securely using authenticated access controls.
  • Isolated to your account through database-level security policies.
  • Not publicly accessible by default.
  • Not visible to other users.

Final01 uses signed, temporary access URLs for secure image access.

Promotional Usage Permission

Users may optionally grant permission for Final01 to use uploaded renders, revisions, and associated review excerpts for marketing, portfolio examples, demonstration pages, social media, product promotion, and educational examples.

This permission is only granted if the user explicitly opts in during the upload process.

If permission is not granted:

  • Renders remain private.
  • Images are not used publicly.
  • Reviews are not used publicly.

Users may request removal of previously approved promotional content by contacting Final01.

AI Processing

Uploaded renders may be securely processed by third-party AI providers solely for the purpose of generating review results.

Final01 does not sell uploaded renders or project data.

Data Retention

We retain uploaded renders and reviews to provide dashboard history, revision tracking, project continuity, and user access to prior reviews.

Users may request account deletion and associated data removal.

Cookies & Analytics

Final01 may use essential cookies and analytics tools to improve platform performance and user experience.

Third-Party Services

Final01 uses trusted third-party providers including:

  • Supabase
  • Vercel
  • Stripe
  • OpenAI
  • Google Authentication

These providers may process limited data necessary to operate the platform.
